All of our products are of high quality, and we develop everything in close cooperation with you. Our mindset is commercial. Only in this way, we can ensure that we reach the everyday consumer with the best products possible, to affordable prices. Since Noly is partly founded by a former Michelin star chef, we do not only think commercially for a start. We are also strongly dedicated and always have in mind that we want to make a difference for the consumer. It has to taste good. That’s for sure. And our products have to offer the consumer a feeling of bringing the “restaurant-experience” at home – for a reasonable everyday price. Our goal is to make the consumers superheroes in their own kitchens.
We work with the philosophy that keeping diversity in our approach when looking for raw materials, enables us to develop and launch products with the best possible flavors and the highest quality. We take responsibility for the entire value chain, and strive to secure the most sustainable way from farm to consumer.
We have our three own brands: Loco Taco, Frøken Lybæk & Quaint.
Loco Taco is the essence of Mexico. Inspired by the Mexican street food kitchen as the locals know it, from ingredients to taste, added to selected Danish ingredients.
Frøken Lybæk loves sweet things. She makes it playfully easy to create delicious experiences in minutes, so you can be the superhero in your own kitchen. We produce all our goods in Denmark with respect for the ingredients.
Quaint is cold brew tea created to enjoy with food, as an alternative to wine or simply to spoil yourself. It is a mild yet rich flavoured organic drink without alcohol, added sugar or preservatives.
