- Frozen dough plates (especially puff pastry in different sizes)
- Various frozen pie crusts
- Traditional Danish tartlets
Several of our products can also be produced with whole grain flour and/or as organic both as Private Label or in our export brand “Proud Baker”.
We have several customers within both retail, foodservice and industrial production.
Humlum Brød A/S is located in Hjerm a small town between Struer and Holstebro. We employ about 60 employees who produce our many delicious products during the day.
We are proud to have both an organic – and an IFS certification.
