Mjødgård is a mead brewery located in Haslev, and with strong ties to the local environment of South Zealand, the local and local raw materials are of crucial importance to us. The brewery works with an authentic and traditional approach to brewing, where the natural fermentation and the quality of the raw materials are in focus.
The whole idea, passion and vision is to brew mead in a special class and to give people a good experience. A quality mead that is brewed from local raw materials, sustainably produced and treated with care, with respect for tradition, craftsmanship and the nature around us. Since Mjødgård’s start back in 2008, a lot has happened. A lot of mead has flowed through the river, over the years.
