Danforel produces fresh warm-smoked trout of the highest quality.
We are in control of the entire process, from breeding and filleting until the finished consumer-ready product.
After every ended production-cycle, any waste from the fish are used to produce our own fish oil, which are either capsulated for human-consumption or used for pet-food, depending on the product.
So when we say we’re using the entire fish, we really mean it.
Danforel owns 7 farms, located in Jutland, with a maximum of 2 hours of transport from our production site.
