As something completely new, we want to create a universe of plant-based foods at the PLMA fair. We want to create a commercial showcase for Danish plant products, where visitors can learn more about what Denmark has to offer when it comes to plant-based food and beverages.
We want our universe to appeal to foreign buyers to visit the stand, and to create positive associations around plant-based products. This plant lounge is a new initiative where we want to contribute to increasing the supply of plant products in retail and food service.
Things take time – but by creating a plant universe where visitors can see the different products and packaging, find small recipe books and taste the products in different dishes, we can hopefully make visible the quality, the taste and how easy it is to eat more plant-based.
Our plant area is located in hall 4, stand 4.B64
