About us.
The ides for producing fish sauce came from a wish to be able to use the small fish sprat for human consumption. Historically it has only been used for the production of fishmeal and fish oil. But after a TV broadcast about fish sauce production in Vietnam we got the idea to try a similar production in Denmark.
We started the family company in 2015. The daily operations are managed by the family and only for short periods are extra staff hired to help.
We are located on the west coast of Denmark, which is an ideal location as it ensures quick and easy access to a first-class raw material.
