The Carletti Group consists of the parent company Carletti A/S, with headquarter and production in Skødstrup, Denmark, production site in Vejle, Denmark, and Carletti Polska Sp. z o.o. in Poland. The group also includes a production site Makulaku Lakritsa in Finland as well as the sales company Impuls Tukku, Finland.
Carletti’s offering goes from a broad range of standard and speciality chocolate lentils, available in different sizes, colours and formulations, to our Pick & Mix solutions with flexible assortment options, as well as our praline range of high-quality chocolate products for retail, seasonal assortments and private label.
Carletti’s production sites are certified according to internationally recognised food safety and quality standards, including IFS and/or BRCGS.
These standards define strict requirements for food safety, quality, hygiene, traceability, production facilities and employee conduct. We also work with recognised sourcing standards such as products with Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance certified cocoa, and we only use RSPO certified palm oil.
Carletti continues to work with ESG-related initiatives and reporting. For the second year in a row, we have been assessed by EcoVadis as part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen ESG documentation, transparency and governance processes.
