Carl J. Nielsen A/S was founded in 1923 by Carl J. Nielsen and is run by the third generation, Michael Kurt Nielsen.
We supply spices, spice blends and fabric blends for the food industry. The company is centrally located in Denmark. Carl J. Nielsen A / S built the current factory in 1978, and due to a very favorable development it has been necessary to expand the production area in 1991. In 2008, there was a need to build a new warehouse.
Because of the constant focus on production processes and new technological possibilities, production in Randers trimmed to future needs in terms of delivery and quality.
Carl J. Nielsen A / S produces mainly spices and excipient- and spice mixes for industrial customers, the main customer groups are:
- Meat industry
- Cheese Dairy industry
- Fish industri
- Salad and bread industry
Moreover, a significant part of the revenue of spices, ingredients and excipient blends for catering and ship stores and supplies to wholesalers.
