INTERNORGA is northern europe’s largest food service fair located in Hamburg. INTERNORGA is a trade fair within the hotel, catering and restaurant industry as well as bakeries and patisseries – in a word, INTERNORGA focuses on foodservice.

The fair has about 1300 exhibitors, who come from 25 countries, and the fair gets about 95.00 visitors. Fairs
is divided into several focus areas, of which food for the food service industry is one of the focus areas. The others focus areas are machines and furniture for foodservice.

The goal of the Danish joint stand is to create contact between the Danish food producers and the German one
Ausser-Haus-Markt and promote Danish exports to Germany.
