Tallinn Food Fair

About the Tallinn Food Fair

We are again organizing participation at the Estonian fair, Tallinn Food Fair. It is the largest food fair in the Baltics and it is mainly aimed at the Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian buyers, as well as a part of the Finnish buyers.

The Baltic economies in particular are developing strongly and the demand for high-quality products is therefore also increasing. This provides good opportunities for Danish companies to enter the markets. Contrary to many Western European markets, the competition to enter the Baltic markets is not that great, which provides good conditions for new companies.

Tallinn Food Fair is a smaller fair with approx. 150 exhibitors and 7,000 visitors from the food industry. This size means that visitors have time to see what the exhibitors have to offer. A joint Danish stand was organized in 2022, and it went very well. In 2023, the fair will move to a new fair center in the middle of the city.

Why exhibit at the Tallinn Food Fair?

  • Tallinn Food Fair is a good opening to the Baltic markets and potentially also the Finnish, Russian and other Eastern European markets.
  • It is a smaller fair and visitors therefore have the opportunity to pass by all the stands.
  • The competition on the Baltic markets is not as great as on that which you meet in, for example, Germany, England, France and the Netherlands.
  • Food from Denmark provides a plug and play solution, so that it will be as easy as possible for you to just show up and display your goods.

The project is carried out in collaboration with the Danish Export Council, which provides subsidy for the project.
